I came to th...ahhhh, I see your disappointment now. I came to the same conclusion as you that it had to end how it did...no matter how much I wanted to see Katniss run into Peeta's arms realizing the true passion she felt all along (sigh), that's also the very reason why I don't read chessy romance novels. If the aftermath of war and murdering children was happy-go-lucky we probably would have been just a disapointed that Collins copped-out.
